    Learn How To Make Garlic Bread from Chef Upasana. This Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe is very quick and easy to make which will be the best Stuffed Garlic Recipe you have made.

    Ingredients:-
    250 gms. Flour
    1 tbsp. Crushed Garlic
    Dry Yeast
    2 tsp. Sugar
    1 cup lukewarm water
    1½ tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 tbsp. Chilli Flakes
    1 tbsp. Mixed Herbs
    ½ tsp. Salt

    For stuffing:-
    2 tbsp. Butter
    1 tsp. Crushed Garlic
    Jalapenos
    Black Oiives
    Grated Mozzarella Cheese

    Method:-
    In a bowl take flour and garlic. Make a well in the flour and add dry yeast to it. Then add sugar and lukewarm water and mix it properly and make a sticky dough.
    In a separate bowl take olive oil, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt and mix it well. Now add the dough to this mixture and knead it for 5 minutes. Once the kneading is done, keep the dough aside covered with a damp cloth for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle some dry flour where you will place the dough and knead it for 30 seconds. Divide it in 2 parts and spread it out with hand or a rolling pin making sure the dough is not too thick or thin. Mix butter and crushed garlic in a bowl and spread it on the flattened dough with a brush.
    Stuff the dough with pickled jalapenos, black olives, mozarella and seal the dough. Make vertical markings on the bread carefully with a knife without cutting through it. Now brush more garlic butter on the top with chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
    Apply garlic butter on the baking tray and sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs on it. Lift the dough carefully and place it on the baking tray. Bake this in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes checking after 15 minutes. Once the bread is baked and out of the oven brush garlic butter over it and serve hot.
